Working for the University Writing Program at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Indrani helped build a Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) program. In particular, she conducted an inquiry project into a writing fellows program within three departments, which led to two pilot Writing Fellows collaborations with the Departments of Biology and Mechanical Engineering. Indrani worked closely with faculty in Biology to help them develop writing specific activities, integrate and sequence writing assignments throughout the semester, offer writing support to student groups, and draft a writing intensive biology curriculum.
