This practice brings people together through movement, play, breath, and touch to explore the areas where two people connect - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Two-person poses are not only fun, but also open pathways to more successful and fulfilling relationships. Poses are designed to inform and enhance relationships between any two people by fostering trust, compassion and communication. Partners rely on each other’s support to keep correct body alignment, balance and focus in a posture.
